Proxy Logics has pioneered GIS based Exploration and Production data management for frontline multinationals in Nigeria. We have introduced ArcSDE and multi-user geodatabases as pivot for several enterprise GIS implementations.

We have also produced the Oil Mineral Licences Map and Concession maps of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. Our Petroleum Database Online  product is a free information tool for the public. The tool is driven by ArcIMS

Technology

The ArcIMS application is customized with Active Server Pages (ASP) using the ActiveX Connector. ASP applications are interpreted on the server generating a browser-friendly page—nothing is downloaded to the client. Since CrimeGIS was developed using ASP, it is a lightweight solution to broadcasting crime information to the Internet.
